Meet the Director: Barbara Barisonek

Barbara Barisonek understands the complexities of the relocation process, establishing Turpin's Relocation Department in 1984 and serving as the Director of Relocation since 1994.  Her professional style has been recognized with numerous awards for service and sales in the relocation field.

Barb's resume includes tenures at several of the major relocation management companies where she managed the sale of hundreds of corporate inventory properties and counseled numerous transferees on their home finding and home marketing assistance programs.  Whether involved with a transferee in their home buying or home selling process, she offers invaluable assistance based on years of solid experience.  Barbara effectively maintains close relationships with relocation companies who refer their transferees into and out of Turpin's market area. 

Another role Barbara plays is managing the company's relationship with Leading Real Estate Companies of the World, overseeing quality referrals for the network of over 600 premier real estate firms in 35 countries around the world.  Barbara also manages Turpin's referral relationship with Christie's Great Estates broker network, a wholly owned subsidiary of Christie's, the world's oldest fine art auction house.  This network is dedicated to the marketing and sale of important properties and referring their clientele to top locations around the globe through their broker network of 151 companies in 40 countries.

Barbara is known for her unflagging good humor and outgoing personality as she keeps the transferee's move on schedule.  Clients know she can always be counted on for empathetic support throughout the process.

Active on her real estate boards and within her community, Barbara is a President of the Board of Directors for the New Jersey Chapter of the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention and a member of the Mendham Business Association.  She is a lifelong resident of New Jersey.
